    In-Person Return Policy Customers will be able to return Maki Energy products within 14 days from the initial purchase. For returns to be accepted, customers will need to have a receipt. Products should be untouched in their original packaging. Returns will not be accepted should cans be opened, damaged, or consumed. Customers will be fully reimbursed through their original form of payment. Online Return Policy Customers will be able to return Maki Energy products within 14 days from the original shipping date. Customers will have to fill out a return form consisting of the product they wish to return and the reason for return. Products should be untouched in their original packaging. Returns will not be accepted should they be opened, damaged, or drunk out of. Once the form has been filled out and the product is shipped back to Maki Energy, please allow us 10 business days to process your return.     Yes, if the product(s) is damaged or the customer is not satisfied, the product is eligible for exchange.
